Kati Morse LeBreton is "the redhead" behind The Redhead Method. She is a digital habits educator and keynote speaker with over a decade of professional social media experience. Her career began in Division One football, where she noticed a significant gap in digital literacy among student-athletes. By combining years of academic research and her unique flair for storytelling, Kati has educated thousands of all ages and stages as they develop positive digital habits and build healthy relationships with their devices. The Redhead Method is for anyone with the internet, covering topics like mental health and brain development, online safety and cyberbullying, romantic and family relationships, conflict resolution, and more. Participants will gain the tools they need to confidently navigate the ever-changing digital space; learning and laughing in an environment that only Kati can create. Kati says, “I don’t want you to simply survive the internet… I want you to thrive! Welcome to The Redhead Method!

Kati has two degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University (Bachelors, Communication Studies, 2013 and Masters, Organizational Communication, 2015). She was a Division One student-athlete on the Lady Lion softball team who served on the national level of the NCAA’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She was awarded the prestigious Jim McKay Post Graduate Scholarship by the NCAA in 2013.

She began her professional career in collegiate athletics, appearing as a sideline reporter and correspondent of the Sunbelt Conference for ESPN. In

2016, she joined the staff at Tulane University Football, working for Coach Willie Fritz for nearly five seasons. As the Director of New Media, she created original content for the team’s social media platforms, curating and executing the digital strategy of the Green Wave brand. During her time with the Green Wave, The Redhead Method was born.

She has also worked at the Hammond Downtown Development District and the Southeastern Alumni Association. Kati was named one of Northshore Media Group’s “40 Under 40” in 2022. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Tangipahoa, graduating in 2022.

Kati is now VP and Director of P.O.W.E.R. at Fidelity Bank, which is a business development program designed specifically for women-owned businesses. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Scouts Louisiana East. In her free time, Kati enjoys musical theatre, Crossfit, and listening to podcasts. She and her husband Michael live in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

As I look back on my experiences as a teen, student-athlete, and young professional, I realize that I could have used this type of guidance. I would have taken social media more seriously had I known just how greatly it would affect my life as an adult. I truly believe that The Redhead Method is my ministry!
